Things to know before you book…

Stay must be booked and completed within 18 months of receiving the winner’s certificate. Travel dates and destination are subject to availability. No exchanges or refunds. Ground transportation from the airport to the resort is included. Booking guests must be at least 25 years old. Guests are charged a fully refundable security deposit from $500 – $1000 USD upon check-in. A one-time $75 resort fee applies upon check-in plus state / lodging taxes ($5-$10/day). This fee covers on-resort transportation, local telephone calls, wireless or high-speed Internet, the daily newspaper summary (upon request), a welcome cocktail, incoming faxes, the Santuatio cover charge, and access to gym facilities. No pets allowed. Pricing is based on double occupancy, no additional charge for extra persons up to maximum occupancy allowed. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Check-in is 5pm and check-out is 10am. Certificate covers lodging only, recipient is responsible for all other expenses including food and beverage, airfare, return ground transportation and extra activities. Children 12 and under are complimentary using existing bedding when sharing a room with adults. Names and ages of children must be included on reservation. All guest names need to match their travel documents at the time of booking. Any name changes after the completion of the reservation, will be subjected to a $59 fee. Additional terms and conditions apply. Note: You may be offered an opportunity to tour the resort and become a member of Vidanta Resorts. This is not required for your stay.
